3. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Uploaded audio files are deleted from our storage as soon as processing finishes, for all users; only the resulting analysis text and technical identifiers of the file (such as a content hash) are kept so we can show you your results and avoid re-processing identical uploads.

IP addresses are retained for a limited time as part of our rate limiting and abuse prevention systems. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed; a non-reversible hashed record of the deleted account's email address is kept for a limited period to prevent abuse of the deletion process and to document that the deletion took place.

4. Disclosure Of Data

Service Providers

We share data with third-party companies that help us operate the Service. They process it on our behalf and only to the extent needed to provide their function:

  • Cloud hosting and file storage providers, which host the Service and temporarily store uploaded audio during processing
  • Third-party AI processing partners, which receive uploaded audio to generate the analysis
  • A third-party payment processor, which handles checkout, billing details, and invoices; we never see your full card details
  • An email delivery provider, which sends transactional and, where you have opted in, marketing email
  • Analytics and advertising measurement services, as described in our Cookie Policy
  • An external sign-in provider, when you choose to sign in with an existing account instead of an email address
  • Infrastructure services used for rate limiting and abuse prevention

We may also disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
