Due to the nature of our digital service (AI-powered analysis and feedback), which provides immediate value upon use, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been utilized or a subscription period has begun.

2. Subscription Services

For subscription services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles, but no refunds or credits will be provided for any partial subscription periods or unused services for the current billing period.

3. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases of credits or specific analysis reports, refunds are typically not offered once the service has been rendered (e.g., an analysis has been performed or credits have been used).

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Billing errors where you were charged incorrectly.
